If you are somehow shipped a product that is defective, please just let us know, and we will quickly issue you a refund, or a new product. If you decide you don’t actually want a product for some reason, you have 30 days from delivery to mail it back, and you just have to cover the cost of shipping it back, and there is an $11 restocking fee, and we will issue a refund for the balance of the original purchase amount.
